Mark concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, business representation and construction
law. He provides practical business advice and is focused upon real, working
solutions to legal challenges.
Mark is experienced in:
Drafting and reviewing real estate documents and
agreements, including deeds, easements and other documents related to real
property title;
Managing real estate litigation, such as title claims,
encroachments and zoning matters;
Assisting with construction matters on public and private
projects, draft and review of contract documents, asserting and defending
mechanics’ liens and surety bond claims, and resolving payment issues; and
Facilitating or participating in alternative dispute
resolution including negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
